Lyn Benson is a Counselling Psychologist, Family Therapist and Parent Educator in full time private practice in Seaford and Frankston, Australia (retired from Psychology practice, November 2016). Lyn also designs and facilitates Mindfulness and Skills Training Workshops and Parenting Courses both in Australia and Internationally 

Lyn's current workshop "The Joy of Mindful Parenting" is a  sessional group aimed at helping parents become more confident in their parenting.   This group experience participants will help participants learn to

  • Understand how to "be" in the present moment with themselves and their child
  • Feel less isolated in a supportive group environment
  • Identify, understand and modify reactions to children's behaviour 
  • The art of peaceful parenting

This Workshop is run regularly in Seaford and Frankston.  Lyn is available to run this popular Group elsewhere in Melbourne and Interstate on application.
